State Garden
State Garden is the major supplier of fresh cut spinach and celery on the East Coast of the United States. State Garden had many process manufacturing issues as well as distribution issues. Yell-O-Glow
Yell-O-Glow is a banana, produce, and ethnic products wholesaler operating out of the New England Produce Center in Chelsea, MA, the Boston Produce Center and other distribution points in Massachusetts. Yell-O-Glow was having difficulty operating within the constraints of a software system touted as an “Industry Leader”. Jasper Wyman and Son
Jasper Wyman and Son is a grower and purchaser of wild blueberries. Founded in 1874, Jasper Wyman has over 7,000 acres of blueberry barrens, 16 acres of cranberry bogs and owns or has affiliations with six processing plants in Maine, Canada and Chile. Jasper Wyman were dissatisfied by the inability of their previous solution to help carry them into a new era of business. By instituting VerticalSoft Food Manufacturing, the business received the total support they needed for all their food processing operations, including functionality for all key business areas, such as financial, accounting, manufacturing and distribution systems.
Park 100 Foods
Park 100 Foods is a manufacturer of custom frozen soups, sauces, chili, side dishes, fruit toppings, dips, gravies, entrees, and portioned breaded meats. Production is a daily process, with the minimum batch size running at 2,500 pounds. To support their expansion and growing needs, Park 100 instituted VerticalSoft Food Manufacturing. Muffin Town is a brand within J.S.B. Industries, Muffin Town is recognized in the baking industry for its customer service, safety regulations, and products that are both nutritious and delicious.
